WWPSA Takes a Giant Leap Forward with NIKE
December 19, 2009

WWPSA is continuing its strong momentum as one of the leading soccer clubs in New Jersey and the northeast United States by becoming a strategic partner of NIKE, a global leader in sports apparel, equipment and services.

More than just simply a uniform and accessories provider, NIKE can bring much-needed and valuable expertise to WWPSA via its other partner clubs throughout the U.S. and its experience working with developing clubs like us. We plan to leverage this budding relationship to improve both the quality of our programs as well as the soccer experience for everyone in the club.

Effective December 2, 2009

After a lengthy process, the WWPSA Board of Directors has hired Andrew Di Duca as its next Executive Director. Andy comes to us from the NY Red Bulls, where he most recently was a coach in their Regional Development School.

The WWPSA Selection Committee received applications from nearly two dozen candidates, many of which represented extremely strong candidates and all of which conveyed a broad range of experience in both business processes and soccer, making the decision extremely close. Let’s welcome Andy to our Club and help him succeed in his new role.
