• Fee breakdown by program

• Program leaders to prepare their reports by Wednesday, November 21
• Justin to send budget to Bill and Robin

Goal Fest 3v3 Tournament

• Flight winners, feedback and testimonials posted to website
• Strong positive feedback received from kids and parents

Community Relations

• Review NJ Wildcats proposal
• Unanimously approved Robin pursuing a more detailed proposal with the Wildcats

Facilities Update

• Review Facilities proposals
• Justin to follow-up with Chris Marion re: WWT Council approval of MOUs

Rec

• Evaluations
• Recommend that Rec follow the example from Boys 4 for all leagues in 3^rd grade and up
• Hold “tryouts” on 1^st day of season to identify players of varying abilities to then be used to balance teams
• Reduces workload on Dir. of Rec, LMs and coaches since team formation doesn’t have to occur leading up to 1^st game
• Decreases issues with placing late-registered players on teams in early part of season
• Distribute uniforms more easily
• End reliance on coaches to complete evaluations to balance teams the following year
• Leverage ProActive to run (optional)
• Field breakdown: November 17 immediately following last Rec games
• Playoffs – Boys Int and Boys Senior
• Pre-K wrap-up
• Photos
• Referees
• Robin transitioned role from Chris Hazen
• Referees were paid for 1^st half of season
• Most games have assigned referees
• Propose a Grade 9 (Rec) and Grade 8 (Travel) Referee course over winter
• Will develop game card system for 2008 to be used to report scores and serve as documentation for compensating referees
• Transition: Bill has provided details to Robin to hand over to next Dir. of Rec
• Winter program
