- Meeting began at 8:09 pm and a quorum was verified
Agenda - General
- Motion to approve March 15, 2007 minutes; approved unanimously
- Plainsboro Founder’s Day: May 6
- Need volunteers to run activity
- Marc volunteered to stay all day; Justin will help set up
- Need to call for other volunteers; Justin to send
- Need to confirm giveaways; Justin to confirm with Steve Per
- WWPSA / PUMA press release ran in Princeton Packet printed publication last week
- Need to clean up registration system results; many pending registrations remaining
- KidSafe approval expiration date
- Previous agreement was for 3 years; what day? Registration is when application would likely be completed and would open in spring before season begins
- Will set the expiration date to be May 1, 2009 so that parents registering their children for Fall 2009 will have to reapply
- David Boaté volunteered to serve as Insurance Coordinator until a permanent replacement can be found
- WWPSA.org banner
- Includes only Travel kids; no Rec or Adults
- Using current (old & Nike) uniforms
- How to update?
- Announce a contest in Fall 2007 season for the best picture for different age divisions and program that will win merchandise and the photo merged into an updated banner with our new PUMA uniforms in club colors
WWPSA Vision Process
- Review Executive Director Search Committee and results
- Sanjay and Justin are only members; would like at least one more
- Received 3 applications, with 2 more expected
Program Update – Spring Rec
- 575 kids registered as of this morning, with 154 registering for Pre-K
Program Update – Travel
- Tryouts announcement to go out this week
- Other notification methods status, e.g., signs, etc.?

Program Update – Sunburst
- 67 teams registered; on pace from 2006
- Met w/WWT building code officials to determine what permits / requirements are necessary to hold tournament
Program Update – Adult
- Cosmos won their Indoor Tournament; Paul to send Justin article for publication
- Spring registrations exceed budgeted expectations
- Team rosters are completed via the Club website
- New, cheaper insurance policy acquired
Program Update – Summer
- How to increase registrations?

- Flyers in schools to hand out

Facilities Update
- WWT MOUs will be introduced at WWT Council meeting tomorrow, April 10
- Will be discussed only; no vote expected
- Only meant as an introduction into the concept so they can begin to ask questions and lead towards putting a vote on their agenda
