Agenda

• Motion to approve February 6, 2007 minutes; passed unanimously
• Plainsboro Founder’s Day: May 6
• Need volunteers to run activity

Kick It 3v3 Tournament Proposal

• 2006 team qualified for national tournament in Florida
• Entering three teams: U-06, U-07 and adult
• The tournament has three stages: locals, regionals and nationals
• Schedule:
• Jun 23, 2007 to Jun 24, 2007 East Brunswick, NJ  (Local)
• Aug 18, 2007 to Aug 19, 2007 East Brunswick, NJ (Regional)
• National tournament takes place within Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex
• Cost per team is appx. $2,000:
• Registration and uniforms (all stages): $800
• Travel (6 players and 2 coaches): $1,200
• Teams are requesting assistance with fundraising to send them as far as they qualify to go
• Insurance
• May need to fill out forms from NJYS
• Are they insured?
• Board decided that the needs of the ongoing WWPSA programs, teams and players would not be met by sponsoring these teams that are participating outside of the Club

· Review Executive Director Job Description

2007 Budget

· Accounting for PUMA promotional dollars

· If projects are included in the budget and budget is approved, no need to come  back to Board for approval unless involving a contract

· Motion to approve 2007 budget; budget passed unanimously

Adult Soccer Fee Review

• How to encourage volunteers and promote participation in adult programs
