• Motion to approve December 12, 2006 minutes; approved unanimously
• 2006 Financial Statements
• Agreed to consider background checks are effective for 3 years
• Earl will send Justin list of volunteers who will require background checks
• 2007 Budget
• All programs
• Review registration fees to ensure costs are covered
• Travel
• Need to ensure indoor gym time is properly accounted for and that teams pay WWPSA for their share
• How to ensure all players are registered
• Puma equipment order
• Board approved $12k for Travel uniforms during 12/12 meeting, and an alternate proposal is being brought before the Board
• Since Puma is providing tournament balls and t-shirts gratis to WWPSA, and through requiring Travel players to purchase their uniforms through the association, WWPSA could front the money to purchase warm-up jackets for each Travel player and recoup that money over its 3-year life. This would then become a standard element of the Travel player’s uniform going forward.
• Motion to approve purchase of training jackets (@ $51.50 each, including embroidery) for all travel players as part of their mandatory uniform to be ready for the fall season; passed unanimously

• Define WWPSA Mission Statement

The mission of the West Windsor Plainsboro Soccer Association is to provide youth and adults the opportunity to play instructional and competitive soccer at the highest level commensurate with their ability, potential and interest.

• Define WWPSA Vision Statement

WWPSA aims to provide soccer players of all ages within West Windsor, Plainsboro and the surrounding townships the structure and organizational support to effectively deliver soccer programs, activities and events. We will proactively monitor our programs to flexibly and creatively meet our constituents’ needs and provide innovative options to help challenge them and instill both soccer and character skills to last the rest of their lives.
