·         Rec Parent Feedback survey results: top issues (that can be addressed):

o       Poor-fitting uniforms

o       Lack of training by coaches

o       Make-up games

o       Inconvenient practice times

o       Balanced teams

o       Age-appropriate league balancing

o       Additional training options for players

o       Enforcing Coaches’ Code of Conduct

o       Field conditions

o       Adequate lighting

·         Suggestions for improvement:

o       Follow-up with coaches with clinics during season

o       Assign professional trainers to help coaches during some practices

o       Reinforce and better communicate rules of the game

o       Move up the start of the season to take advantage of warmer weather

o       Establish a canceled games make-up policy to play more

o       Improve the number of coaches and quality of optional training sessions

o       Get team assignments and schedules out earlier to parents

o       Pair coaches with differing levels of experience
