MINUTES OF GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING OF THE WWPSA

NOVEMBER 29, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 8:03 PM. There were 141 votes present in the form of in person and proxy votes, so a quorum was verified and so stated.

The Minutes of the 2005 Annual General Meeting were approved unanimously.

Justin Stein introduced the annual report. Finance, Facilities, Fundraising, Recreation League, Travel League, Adult Program, Soccer Development, KidSafe Program, Merchandise, Equipment, Sunburst, Picture Day, IT and Parent Survey were all reported by various directors.

Sal Sabitano presented the Nominating Committee’s slate for the 2007 Board. There were no responses to the call for additional nominations from the floor. The slate as presented was unanimously approved.

There was a question and answer period. Most discussion centered around retaining coaches from year to year and training coaches so that they feel more comfortable coaching.

The meeting was concluded at 9:30 PM.
