Purpose

Review and vote on proposed amendments to the WWPSA Constitution.

Notes

Constitution Vote

• Meeting called to order at 7:40 pm
• Randie and Justin counted and recorded the proxies received from registered players’ representatives
• Total number of eligible votes, based on proxies received and those present, was 75
• All comments submitted to Randie were read to those in attendance
• Discussion was closed
• Motion was offered and seconded to approve the proposed changes to the WWPSA Constitution
• Motion passed unanimously by those in attendance
• 75 total votes – 5 “oppose” votes = 70 “approve” votes: 93% passing grade, which is greater than the ¾ vote requirement to amend the Constitution
• Motion passed; Constitution should reflect that it was amended on May 30, 2006, by eligible voters of the WWPSA
