Duck Pond Park agreement:
- Proposed
motion: VP Facilities, President and other appointees go to Twp to come
up with a plan and then come to the Board for approval. Approved. Howard Shemitz opposed.

was amended: to discuss Duck Pond Park and other West Windsor fields.

to approve coaching costs approved. All other proposals for the fall
program were approved.

to explore having a pre K program added to the summer pick up games, which
Bill will follow up with was approved.

Rec Program: There should be a rec. manager position for spring rec.

are 1000 tix for the Wildcats.

Fall rec equipment was ordered. Adding 1st aid kits. Howard said we need
ice packs

about the size of the Board.

Board members are not answering phone or responding to email messages.

we drop people who don’t show up for a certain amount of meetings

to form a committee to figure out a new structure—approved

about a certain issue with a specific trainer…grievance committee should
investigate the issue. The proposal in the notes for the meeting for the
Discipline and Grievance Committee was approved.
