- Parade from Waters Edge Park to Plainsboro municipal
complex festival grounds
- Looking for participants, ideas and volunteers to run
games and activities
- Music, food, kids’ activities
- WW Little league, lacrosse, softball participate in the
parade
- Justin to E-mail Bill and Howard to
forward to coaches to determine whether they would like to participate
- Perhaps purchase inflatable soccer balls to distribute
during parade
- Set up sharpshooter goal for small kids to use
- E-mailed Board’s accomplishments since November 2005
Equipment
- Confirmed that soccer house will be destroyed in fall 2006
- Larry needs 2 40-foot containers to store everything that
is in the house
Scholarships
- 4 applications received; Bill is reviewing
- All applicants are qualified; grant scholarships for $500
each
Financial Assistance Review
- Bill volunteered to create

- WWCP repair and restoration underway; should begin work
within a few weeks
Fundraising Update
- Project name = “WWPSA Breakaway Campaign”
- Received proposals from Laroche & Associates and
Graham Pelton
- How do we tap into potential high-level relevant contacts
to help us raise funds outside of a professional arrangement?
- Focus group to identify common contacts
- Preparing Business Case and Table of Needs
- “Kick Start Program”: summer
camp for underprivileged children from area plus scholarships to rec and
travel programs for those wishing to continue
- Travel Endowment to
subsidize the Travel program and provide funds for scholarships
- Facilities projects
- General WWPSA Endowment to
fund future operations
Constitution Update Review
- Schedule a Special General Meeting for May 25th
from 7:30 – 9:00 pm at WW Municipal Building Room A
- Vote on proposed Constitutional changes
- Motion to approve all changes to the WWPSA Constitution
and present to the WWPSA voting members at a Special General Meeting passed
unanimously
