Registration is open for WWPSA Travel Development Academy Fall 2010. The program is available to those born between 8/1/2000 and 7/31/2004.
Training sessions will begin Monday, September 6th and run for 10 weeks. Training sessions will either be Mondays 4:30 PM/Thursdays 6:00 PM or Mondays 6:00 PM/Thursdays 4:30 PM for the girls, and Mondays 4:30 PM/Wednesdays 6:00 PM or Mondays 6:00 PM/Wednesdays 4:30 PM for the boys. Training sessions will take place at West Windsor Community Park.
Scrimmages will take place on Saturdays beginning September 11th and end November 13th. The girls will play at 2:00 PM and the boys will play at 3:30 PM. With the exception of Festival Days, all scrimmages will take place at Sarnoff.
We plan on hosting a Festival Day, which is a mini tournament, on October 16th. We will also participate in Festival Days run by nearby clubs. Note that Festival Days will be in place of Saturday scrimmages.
Like the rest of WWPSA, TDA is a volunteer run organization. As such, all families are expected to fulfill a volunteer role. We will post volunteer positions in the near future.
We will do our best to accommodate training session requests. Note that all team assignments will be determined by the training staff. Requests to put kids together on a team will not be considered. This will help reduce the potential of unevenly matched teams.
