The U-11G Cheetahs had an awesome undefeated performance at Spook-a-Rama, capturing 2nd Place! They provided some great soccer and scored one of the best goals by this group this year: 4 passes in a row - the last a devastating through ball into space. The team defense and goaltending was tremendous all afternoon holding our opponents scoreless in both games.
The U11B Vikings placed first in “ fright B” at the Spookarama tournament in North
Brunswick on October 23. The Vikings dominated in its first game vs. Scotch
Plains-Fanwood /SPF Storm winning 7-0, and had a very strong showing in its 2-0 win
over a very competitive East Brunswick Terminators team. Goalkeeper Patrick Hartigan and the defensive line (Daniel Kelly, Keith Register, Matthew Bergman, Marcus Gbekle) played solidly to deny any goals for the opposing teams. The scoring was well rounded across the midfield and forward lines: Vedav Varadarajan (1 goal), Alexander Krauel (1 goal), Daniel Joseph (1 goal), Julian Zhang (1 goal), Nick Cheniara (2 goals), Ajun Wit (1 goal), Patrick Hartigan (1 goal). In addition, valuable contributions were made by Eric Liu, Landry Bulteau, Thomas Daily, and Evan Hughes.

The U-13G Cosmos won their first tournament on Saturday October 23 at Spookarama. The girls were decked out in their skull and crossbone t-shirts. Andreia Cadar and Lauren Gronich each connected in both the 2-1 and 2-0 victories over the Wall Mystique and the North Plainfield Angels. Gabby Saade provided 2 assists on the day and the team enjoyed solid goaltending by Brynn Laurash and Kaylin Kamp. Special thanks to our guest players Rachel Loo and Saachi Bedi who helped us on the defensive side of things. The girls did a great job, and hope to carry their success through to the rest of the season and future tournaments
