2. In a great team, each member has a clear idea of what his / her role is
3. A great team is made up of "pros". A pro is someone who:
1. Is good at what he / she does
2. Knows why he / she is good
3. Wants to get better at what he / she does
4. In a great team, the team members have a positive attitude towards the team unit, towards the other team members and the team goals
5. Team members have a commitment to strengthening relations with other team members
6. Members of a great team recognize the special talents and abilities of other team members
7. Each member understands how his / her good work will affect other members individually and the team as a whole
8. On a great team, the members are familiar with the duties and responsibilities of other team members
9. A great team approaches problems as a team
10. Great teams understand the importance of an effective system of follow-up and evaluation of the team's work
11. In a great team the members show a sincere concern for the problems of other team members
12. A great team has a strong and effective leader.
