- A great team is made up of "pros". A pro is someone who:
- Is good at what he / she does
- Knows why he / she is good
- Wants to get better at what he / she does
- In a great team, the team members have a positive attitude towards the team unit, towards the other team members and the team goals
- Team members have a commitment to strengthening relations with other team members
- Members of a great team recognize the special talents and abilities of other team members
- Each member understands how his / her good work will affect other members individually and the team as a whole
- On a great team, the members are familiar with the duties and responsibilities of other team members
- A great team approaches problems as a team
- Great teams understand the importance of an effective system of follow-up and evaluation of the team's work
- In a great team the members show a sincere concern for the problems of other team members
- A great team has a strong and effective leader.
