• 20 years of coaching experience
• Coached or played in England, Wales,Thailand and USA including playing semi-pro in Wales and coaching semi-pro in the UK
• Recruits and trains coaches including teaching NSCAA courses to soccer coaches throughout the USA
• Trained and coached multiple youth soccer teams
• Supervised and instructed at multiple soccer camps and specialized training courses
• Writes for the English Football Association
• Written several books and manuals on the art of coaching and teaching soccer
• Writes articles for various periodicals, etc. such as Success In Soccer, Soccer Journal and First Athlete
• Previously employed as a teacher and deputy principal
