Teams are encouraged to register for Sunburst using our secure online registration system. You can pay either by credit card or check, but we prefer credit cards to ease the administrative burden on our staff caused by manually processing checks.
You will be asked to provide the following with your registration (* = required information):
- Team Info:
- Club and team name, e.g., "WWPSA United ’97 White" *
- League where your team plays, e.g., MNJYSA, SJGSA, JAGS, MAPS, etc. *
- Assigned flight in your league *
- Number of flights in your age group
- Number of teams in your flight
- City and State where your club is located *
- Team Strength (10 = strongest, 1 = weakest) *
- Number of players on your roster who you will be bringing to the tournament
- How did you hear about Sunburst?
- Age group *
- Gender *
- Level of Play: Premier or Club *
- Desired level of play: Premier, Club or Willing to play up in age group or flight *
- Team History
- Fall league play results (if applicable), including wins, losses, ties and final result; please note "n/a" if your team did not play in the fall season
- Previous tournament name, division, wins, losses, ties and final result
- Next previous tournament name, division, wins, losses, ties and final result
- Contact information
- Team Manager / Head Coach name, e-mail address, home address, cell phone, home phone and work phone
- Coach name, e-mail address, home address, cell phone, home phone and work phone
- NOTE: We can work around schedule conflicts due to coaching / managing duplicate teams during the tournament, but only if you input their full names as either Team Manager or Coach
- Other information - include other facts that will help us assign you to the appropriate flight or list special requests for playing times to avoid potential conflicts. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we reserve the right to schedule teams as necessary in the best interests of the tournament.
