From Philadelphia:

Take 95 north to Exit 67 - Route 1. Once on the exit ramp, bear left towards Route 1 North. Drive past the Quakerbridge Mall (on your right) and then take the exit on your right for Quakerbridge Road. Drive through the 2nd light and make a right into the Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville parking lot.

From North Jersey:

Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 9. Follow signs for Route 18 / Route 1 and continue on Route 18 until it connects with Route 1 south. Drive approximately 18 miles and follow signs for Quakerbridge Road. Drive through the 2nd light and make a right into the Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville parking lot.

From Central Jersey:

Take 206 south straight into Princeton. At the intersection of Nassau Street (NJ 27) will be the Princeton Borough Municipal Complex on the right. At the traffic light at the "T," make a left turn onto Nassau Street, and go straight to the first traffic light, and make a right onto University Place. The road curves around to a traffic light. Turn left; this is Alexander Road. Keep going straight until you reach Route 1. Make a right turn drive 2.5 miles and follow signs to take the exit for Quakerbridge Road. Once on Quakerbridge Road, drive through the 2nd light and make a right into the Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville parking lot.

From East Jersey (Freehold, Red Bank, Eatontown)

Take Route 33 West to Route 133 in Twin Rivers. Follow Route 133 approximately 3 1/2 miles and take right exit for Route 571 West. Follow Route 571 foir 3.6 miles and make a left at the traffic light onto Clarksville Road. Drive another 3.5 miles and make a left at the traffic light onto Quakerbridge Road. Make your next right into the Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville parking lot.

From South Jersey (Cherry Hill, Burlington, Mount Holly)

Take Route 295 north to Exit 67A - Route 1 North. Once on the exit ramp, bear left towards Route 1 North. Drive past the Quakerbridge Mall (on your right) and then take the exit on your right for Quakerbridge Road. Drive through the 2nd light and make a right into the Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville parking lot.
