Registration Location: check-in for the Sunburst Soccer Tournament is held at Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville on the evening of June 3 from 6 to 9 pm. Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville is located on Quakerbridge Road in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, at the southwest corner of Quakerbridge Road and Clarksville Road, a short drive from the tournament site. Registration Process:
- You must bring to registration:
- A copy of Official State Team Roster for us to keep
- Notarized Medical Release Form for each player giving you as coach the authority to make medical decisions. NOTE: For Guest players the medical release form must name you, not their normal team coach, so you need to get a new medical release for each guest player (click here for a copy of the form)
- Player Passes
- Permission to play out-of-state form (if applicable).
- Each team must fill out a tournament roster card at registration. This card will be used for pre-game check-in and also to track red and yellow cards. If you fill out the roster when applying for the tournament, this information will be pre-printed and waiting for you at registration night, speeding the process and getting you on your way.
- Teams should have alternate colored jerseys (or pinnies) in case of conflicts with opposing teams. The HOME team is responsible to switch jerseys if there is a conflict.
Each team will receive a tournament game ball. Any pre-ordered merchandise can be picked up at registration. Additional merchandise will be on sale at registration and at the tournament sites, but only pre-orders are guaranteed to be available as sales are historically brisk.
