PROGRAM DETAIL

Many players register for all day Soccer camps through the summer, however physiologically the body can only improve so much in a given time frame, and often, if used incorrectly this overload training can lead to the player being mentally saturated and physically overwhelmed.

The Summer is an important time for the Travel level player in terms of keeping game fitness and maintaining their touch on the ball. Our program is designed to give the player that head start before staring his/her pre-season program, ensuring that all the hard work put in over the Winter and Spring months does not go to waste.

Players registering for this program should be able to commit to arriving at camp 15 minutes early in order to prepare themselves physically (warm-up) ready to start the program promptly.

For registration, please visit us online at www.Prosportandsoccer.com or print a PDF of the Camp Information and Registration Form. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact Nick directly at 973-652-4721.
