Parents came out in droves this past Saturday to the Millstone River School in Plainsboro to participate in our annual rite of capturing photos of our star players in WWPSA’s Photo Day. Over 1,500 players came out with their families to take team and individual photos that celebrate the fun and community that is West Winsdor-Plainsboro Soccer.
New merchandise was offered for sale, including PUMA training jackets, hooded sweatshirts and coaching shorts, plus waterproof jackets and fleece jackets. Sales were brisk, particularly from the value tables where past Sunburst shirts, water bottles and sack packs were available at steep discounts.
The weather was outstanding and the volunteers put forth another terrific effort. Special thanks go out to Cindy Alvarez, our outgoing Photo Day and Awards Coordinator, who is passing the torch to Mary Painter who was on-hand to transition the responsibilities. In addition, we welcome Carolyn Demouth in her new role as Merchandise Coordinator in helping outfit our fans and families in great-looking WWPSA gear.
