Greetings Kindergarten and 1st grade parents!
Our season will begin on Saturday 12th September. Please find a checklist and some commonly asked questions to ensure a proper kickoff to the season.
What do I need to have ready for the season ?
- Patience & Encouragement
- Shin Guards
- Soccer cleats (preferred) or sneakers that that can get muddy
- A Size 3 soccer ball with you child’s name on it
- A WWPSA uniform, either from last year or from the Uniform Pickup on Saturday September 12th (see below). The uniform is made up of both a Green and White jersey with the same number, shorts and socks that must cover the shin guards
- Eyeglass straps (if they wear glasses)
- Drinks
Where do I need to go ?
- All games will be played at Sarnoff Corporation - Fisher Place & Fairview Avenue, Princeton
- Girls K & 1st will play at Sarnoff East Fields. Please select the link above to view the map.
- Boys K & 1st will play at Sarnoff North Fields. Please select the link above to view the map.
An important word about safety: PLEASE, for the safety of all of our children, drive slowly through Sarnoff, park first and then walk your child to the field. Stopping at the side of the road creates a serious safety hazard. Please help us to keep your children safe.
Note: Boys League parking is in the last 5 rows to the left of the parking lot at the Sarnoff North (Harrison Street) fields.
When will I know my child’s team and what is happening to get that accomplished ?
Team assignments are being completed and you will receive your assignments shortly.
When do I need to be there ?
- A complete season schedule will be published with the next 24-48 hours and you wil be notified.
- The season kicks off on Saturday Sept 12th and continues for thru Saturday Nov 21st.
- There will be two time slots for each group to help traffic flow at Sarnoff.
Boys K & 1st
- Boys K & 1st Early Practice/Game is from 9:00 am – 10:30 am
- Boys K & 1st Late Practice/Game is from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
Girls K & 1st
- Girls K & 1st Early Practice/Game is from 9:15 am – 10:45 am
- Girls K & 1st Late Practice/Game is from 11:15 am to 12:45 pm

- Soccer is a great game for active kids
- Kids love soccer
- Parents love their kids
- We love to coach your kids
- Sure winning is great...but losing is a learning experience
- We want the kids to learn. Learning is what life is all about. We learn something from your kids every practice and every game
- Hopefully when they reflect back years from now they will say the same of their experience with the WWPSA

Where can I pick up my uniform ?
- Duck Pond Park on Saturday 12th September between 8am and 6pm.

How will I know what team my child is on ?
- You will be contacted by either the League Manager or the Coach of your child’s team.
Who will be coaching my child ?
- Volunteer Coaches and Assistant Volunteer coaches with various levels of experience.
- All coaches will have both a Kidsafe certification and background check.
- Big Brothers/Big Sisters as available
Who is my point of contact until I know who my child’s coach is ?
