Parents of the Fall Rec League Players,
 
We have worked very hard to get the Fall Rec Season organized, and as we draw near we still have some critical tasks to complete and some last minute adjustments to make. We also have to adjust to tropical storm Hanna so we have our hands full!
 
To help us focus on the critical tasks, we need you to help us by learning how to answer some questions yourself.

The K and 1st grade Head coaches and teams have been formed. and the schedule has been posted on the website. The 2nd grade and older teams will not be formed until after Opening Day so the schedule is not ready to be published. 
 
Team Assignments

To find out whether your child has been assigned to a team or find out a coaching assignment:

• Go to the Registration link ( https://ssl.demosphere.com/WWPSA) from the home page of our website
• Login using the 4th option - I only want to login and update my existing household information

Player Assignments

• Look under the registration section for the current season 2008-09 to see player assignments.  Note: make sure you look for the Rec Fall Soccer Program and not the uniform discount
• For K and above, if your child has been assigned to a team you will see a link to a team name after your child's name.
• For Pre K, simply look for the time that your child is registered for - there are no pre-K teams.

Note: If "(waitlist)" appears next to your child's name, your child is on a waitlist. The waitlists for each league will be reviewed and possibly cleared as time permits. There is no guarantee that slots will be available if you are on a waitlist although we will do our best to clear the waitlists and put kids onto teams.

Coaches

• Look under the Coaching Section
• Look for the current season 2008-09 to see a link to a team if you have been assigned one

Please continue to check the website for updates to Opening Day and the weather as it appears likely there will some sort impact this Saturday Sept 6th.
 
Uniforms

One last item - Please check that your child has a complete uniform for Grades K and up which includes a green and white shirt, each with a number on the back, a pair of black shorts and a pair of black socks. If you had planned to re-use your child's uniform and you can't find both shirts, please come to the uniform distribution with a $20 check made payable to wwpsa and you can pick up a new complete new uniform.
