Team Refreshments

WWPSA recommends that snacks be brought from home by the parents of each child.  We do not support team snack rotations due to the potential for reactions to food allergies.

Emergency Contact Information 

Team emergency contact information should be generated by the league managers using AGC software and forwarded to the appropriate teams.  Click here for detailed instructions on generating this information.  See the link below for Medical Signatures Form

KidSafe Form Instructions

All coaches and assistant coaches are required to complete a KidSafe form and undergo a background check.  Coaches and assistant coaches who do not do this will not be able to coach.  Click here for detailed instructions on submitting a KidSafe form and authorizing a background check.  If you submitted a form during your volunteer registration, you do not need to resubmit.
