When I will I know my child’s practice and game schedule? Back to top
Your child’s practice and game schedules will not be finalized until your child is assigned to a team after opening day. For practices your child’s coach will need to request and get confirmation on a practice slot. (Evening practices are for Grades 4 and Up. 3rd Grade may practice before Sat games or during the evening based on coach’s preference.) We do our best to use the practice conflicts that are entered during the registration process when forming teams and we will accept updates until opening Day. Game schedules are finalized once all coaches in all leagues are finalized. We cannot guarantee that we can avoid conflicts where players of the same household are scheduled to play at the same time at different locations. Our software will only support Head Coach conflict resolution where a parent is a Head Coach for multiple teams.
I can’t complete the registration. I can an error when I try to process my credit card. What should I do? Back to top
The most common cause of this error is that you’ve signed up for the uniform discount (-$20) but not signed up for the Rec Fall Soccer program. Go back to the registration step where you select your child’s program and make sure a check mark is next to one of the following:
Rec Fall - Boys
Rec Fall - Girls
Once you have selected one of these programs you should be able to complete the transaction.
How can I check that I am registered? What should I see? Back to top
Goto the registration link and use the 4th option button -
I only want to login and update my existing household information
You will see several sections with all of your family’s registration information from current and prior years. Look in the registration section and you should see a row for you child that looks like:
| Name |
Season |
Sport |
Team |
Reg Date |
Check# |
Order ID |
LateFee |
AmtPd |
Joe 2009-10 Rec Fall- Boys 8/1/09 9999999 120
If you do not see a record for the current season for each child registered then you need to log into the registration using the 2nd or 3rd option buttons and complete the registration process including payment.

Where can I pick up a registration form? Back to top
We strongly prefer online registration via our secure registration system. You however can print a registration form here on our website. Understand, however, that paper registration forms need to be manually input by our staff into our registration system for team assignments and financial recordkeeping, so using our online registration system reduces the administrative burden on our volunteers.
Are fees reduced if a player simultaneously participates in more than one program, such as travel and recreational soccer? In other words, do I have to pay two full registration fees? Back to top
Fees are not reduced if a player participates in more than one program. They need to register for each program they want to participate in and pay the full fee for each program. These fees cover the costs associated with offering programs to all participants.
