Q: What happens if I register for the wrong program or activity?

A: E-mail the WWPSA registrar at registrar@wwpsa.org and let the registrar know your:

  • Household ID
  • Incorrect program you didn’t mean to register for
  • The correct program you meant to register for

If the desired program requires a higher registration fee than was originally charged, you may either pay the remainder by check or we can take your credit card information over the phone and charge the remainder via credit card.

Q: How do I ask for a refund?

A: E-mail the Director of the particular program for which you registered; if you registered for a Recreational Soccer program, e-mail the Director of Recreational Soccer at rec@wwpsa.org; if you registered for a Travel Soccer program, e-mail the Director of Travel Soccer at travel@wwpsa.org; if you registered for a training course, e-mail the Director of Training and Player Development at training@wwpsa.org, etc. For a complete list of the WWPSA leadership, click here.

Q: When registering for Travel Soccer Tryouts, what information is required?

A: Travel Soccer Tryouts require less information than during registration to play Travel Soccer, which will occur in the late summer. Travel Soccer Tryouts require only the following:

  • Child’s First and Last
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Age group trying out for
  • Emergency contact information during tryouts, including medical concerns
