This will be a speed and fitness class for 13 weeks Mondays 9:00-10:00pm at High School North Auxillary Gym

60 min with personal trainer using circuit training techniques for strength and various speed and agility drills. There will be time for soccer 10:00-11:00pm with the training group.  

Training sessions (tentative): 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30

This registration also covers all futsal sessions!

Monday & Friday Night Adult Futsal Soccer at High School North.

Futsal is soccer played indoors on hardwood floor. It is fast paced, very fun and a great workout. The format is pick-up games with no pre-set teams. Just pure fun.
