Beginning on Monday 12th May, the New Jersey Wildcats team will practice immediately following the SOCCER SKILLS session at Conover and players are welcome to stay and watch. At the same time, NJ Wildcats team players will also take part in the SOCCER SKILLS program.
All sessions will also feature an introduction to the G.O.A.L.S. Program (Girls Opting Against Ligament Surgery). G.O.A.L.S. aims to teach girls the correct techniques for running, stopping, turning, jumping and landing to help dramatically reduce their potential for future non-contact ligament injury.
Please join us in supporting the New Jersey Wildcats and taking part in these fun SOCCER SKILLS sessions.
