If you are assigned to serve as a Field Marshal, this is what you need to do:

• Upon arriving at the field, check-in at HQ to let them know you’re there and get your field assignments
• You will receive your Field Marshal packet, including:
  • Tournament Rules
  • Game schedules
  • Game Cards
  • Field Marshal vest
• Walk out to your assigned fields, put on your vest and pick out the Game Cards for the next games on your assigned fields
• Find the teams who are next to play and check in the players:
  • Ensure they are all wearing shinguards, have no jewelry or hard casts
  • Make sure they know the field on which they’re scheduled to play and are ready to play as soon as the next game is ready to start
• You will be assigned 4 adjacent fields, so locate yourself in a central location so you can be easily seen from any of the 4 fields
• Briefly review the rules so that you’re familiar with them and can help explain them to parents if they have questions.
• Give the Game Cards to the referee for the next game and collect the Game Cards from the completed game
• Once your shift is over, take your packet and vest and return them to HQ so that the Game Cards can be collected and summarized
