Refunds will be granted, less a $10 processing fee, up to two (2) weeks before the program begins. No refunds will be granted within two (2) weeks before the start of any program. Please be sure to include the following information in your e-mail request for a refund:

• Household ID (from confirmation e-mail received after registering for a program)
• Date of registration
• Name of person who registered
• Reason for refund request
• Amount of refund requested
