After a thorough search process, the WWPSA Board of Directors hired Robin Dean as WWPSA’s first full-time employee in the role of Executive Director. The ED is responsible for:

• Handling day-to-day operations of WWPSA programs, activities and events
• Working with the Board, Coordinators and Travel and Rec Executive Committees to develop and implement strategic plans to improve the level of soccer played within WWPSA
• Managing strategic relationships, including WW Township, Plainboro Township, sponsors, etc.
• Other initiatives as defined by the Board.

Robin has been a long-time supporter of WWPSA, including:

• Serving on the Board of Directors as the Director of Soccer Development
• Travel Executive Committee
• Sunburst Tournament Committee
• Recreational Soccer League Manager
• Head coach, Travel
• Assistant coach, Travel
• Member, Adult Competitive League

Robin also launched or helped to launch many of the initiatives and programs that have become so successful within WWPSA, including Spring Rec, Big Brother / Big Sister program, Summer Pick-Up program, Travel Tactical & Positional Training, Rec Soccer Coaches Training Curriculum and much more.

We on the Board of Directors are looking forward to working with Robin as he transitions into his role over the summer and continues to be a leader and innovator within WWPSA. Congratulations, Robin!
