Registration Instructions: 

• List school grade as "Adult"
• Ignore practice conflicts as there are no practices only games on Saturday afternoons
• Choose "Adult Fall Rec $60" as the program
• Enter team requests and shirt size in "Special Request" or "Comments" box.  Also, indicate if you are a Goalkeeper or state any other special requests such as "I want to play on the same team as Jane Doe"
• Registration does not include a shirt but you may add a green or white shirt as merchandise options as opposed to either checking boxes for discounts or choosing program option based on the number of shirts needed.  If you are new to the program, you should order one green and one white shirt.
• Do not worry about the "Choose Team" box.  Players will be assigned teams based on requests and team balance.  After March 20, team requests will no longer be honored and players will be randomly assigned on teams.
• List any medical concerns. 
• Please make sure that household information is filled out.  Registrants that do not provide a mailing address, telephone number and email address will not be recognized, assigned on a team or allowed to play. 
• If you are interested in being a Team Manager, Coach or Assistant Coach, please indicate in the "Special Request" Box and sign up for the "Adult Fall Recreational Soccer" on the Volunteer page.  Also, please feel free to volunteer for other WWPSA positions. 
• Please read the "By clicking the Agree button below," section carefully.
